Dr. Nawin Bandhu Pahadi Dahal is a respected educator, reformer, and community leader whose lifelong commitment to inclusive education and ethical leadership has transformed countless lives in Nepal. As the Founder and Executive Director of our initiative, he brings decades of experience in advancing access to quality education, community empowerment, and sustainable social change.
Recognized as Integrity Icon Nepal 2020, Dr. Dahal has been celebrated nationally for his principled leadership and transparent governance in education. His career began as a teacher at Neelakantha School/Campus, Dhading, where he pioneered programs that uplifted marginalized communities, supported disadvantaged students, and strengthened school infrastructure through collaborative action.

Inclusive Education Advocate – Built and upgraded schools, ensuring access for marginalized and underserved populations.
Student Empowerment – Established an orphanage and initiated free-support campaigns to reduce dropouts among disadvantaged learners.
